These kinds of jobs are the types of jobs that I have long been wanting to do. However, I just don't have the necessary qualifications and experience to apply confidently.

Each of us can, little by little, gain the experience we need to put us on the right path to the kinds of jobs we actually dreaming of being in. There are often small jobs that need to be done at local stations. If you start building a relationship with a friendly person there, offer to do small jobs, you can sometimes work yourself into a position then continue to work your way up. Persistence pays off!

Thanks for the encouragement. I really love to learn and be experienced on these jobs that's why I am finding ways on how to study and learn them little by little. My problem is the opportunity to be experienced on these as most employers hire those who are already seasoned.

Sometimes, the best way to get your foot in the door is to walk up and plant it there *grin*
I have worked in radio (on-air personality) and television (producer and director for local television programming) and most of my jobs came from simply walking up, knocking on the door and advertising that I was looking for work. You do, however, have to be prepared to start out small and work your way up. Inquire about internships, offer to help in commercial production or editing, offer to work for low wages and fill in during vacation time and holidays and they are generally willing to work with you, especially if you're hitting up the small market. Sales is another foot in the door, but it can be more of a headache than it's worth and, once you get into sales, it's hard to break out.
If you're not afraid to climb the ladder, many places will work with you. You just have to work up the nerve to step up onto the first rung

Thanks for your excellent advice and for sharing the lessons you're learned from experience - it's always great to see someone willing to mentor.
I wanted to add that a major turning point in most women's careers comes when they recognize that self promotion is part of the game - we all have to learn to promote ourselves -- here's a bit more info on how to do it.
