I have always thought that it wouldn't be good for one to take a course in HR as there are only less HR staff in companies compared to office and perhaps, teaching jobs in schools.  After many years of experience working, I believe now that it is one of the best jobs that one can benefit from because you are trained to learn more about yourself and other people as well so that you will be able to handle them better.  It is good to supervise people when you know how to do this.
