Headway Corporate Resources seeking ambitious Recruiting Coordinator for exciting career opportunity in New York, NY!!!

 

Core Responsibilities

Support Chief Development Officer and Director of Recruitment
Ensure all candidates are entered in building security and confirmed for the night before
Maintain accurate and tight calendar of recruiters and ensure that candidate files are in order
Maintain and upkeep supplies to ensure smooth recruiting season
Filing, faxing, organizing as needed
Help facilitate candidate selection process
Search and pull resumes from Internet search engines
Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify candidates
Schedule a minimum of 10 interviews a week for the recruiting department
Confirm appointments for Recruiting Department
Maintain updates and accuracy of Network Connection

Requirements


College degree in Human Resources or 1 – 2 years experience working in HR capacity
Must have a GREAT personality
Upbeat, energetic and willing to work hard
Highly organized and great attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task and have a pleasant phone personality
Must have an interest in HR, specifically recruiting
Flexible and easygoing
Must be comfortable on the phone and utilizing computer systems  


 

This position offers a competitive salary range of $35K - $38K DOE and excellent GROWTH potential!
