The Management Development program is designed to encourage you to think beyond the confines of your own discipline and area of administrative responsibility leveraging your current business experience into a new Orkin Pest Control Manager.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing through an extended training period to run a business with an emphasis on customer service, customer retention and customer growth
• Learning and participating in all aspects of our industry. This will include service, sales, administrative and business management as well as technical skills needed to run a pest control operation
• Assisting the Branch Manager in everyday operations in addition to the above duties
Requirements WE REQUIRE
The successful candidate will have:

• Management experience or management aptitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to "self start" and work independently
• The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen
• The ability to relocate within the state
